This theatre has been around for a long time and has seen its share of deaths. Visit on Halloween and you might just hear screams and spooky music wafting through the place. Some people say they have even seen ghosts here.

This house is reported to be the most haunted in the state of Kansas. There’s supposed to be the ghost of little girl here who plays pranks on the people who visit. Can you handle that kind of terror?

The mere thought of what went on at many plantation houses during the time of slavery is scary enough. Visit this house and you might get to see ghosts of slaves from bygone eras roaming the house and grounds.
10. Antietam Battlefield, Sharpsburg, Maryland
If you want to spend Halloween standing in a haunted field, this is the one you need to see. It was the site of a pretty bloody Civil War battle and some visitors have said they can hear cannon fire and the shouts of long dead soldiers.
11. The Lizzie Bordon House, Fall River, Massachusetts
You knew this one would be on the list, didn’t you? It’s got to be one of the most famous haunted houses in America. Both ghosts and voices are the most commonly reported scary phenomena that happens here.
12. Henderson Castle, Kalamazoo, Michigan
If you really want to scare yourself on Halloween, book a night at this bed and breakfast. It used to be a home and is said to be haunted by several ghosts, including a dog.
13. Forepaugh’s Restaurant, St. Paul, Minnesota
Have dinner here and you might have ghostly table mate. Reports say that the owners of the building, which was once a home, committed suicide here and now breaks glasses and bangs on the walls.
14. Lemp Mansion, St. Louis, Missouri
Tragedy followed the Lemp family when four of its members committed suicide. If you really want a fright, this is the place to go as reports say that there is a lot of poltergeist activity going on here.
