This castle was constructed in the 12th century. Parapsychologists performed studies on this castle and found there was a significant amount of radio activity and electricity in certain areas. There are three main ghosts who frequent this hotel; the Earl of Bothwell, a gray lady, and a lady in white. The lady in white could very well be the ghost of the woman found when workers were constructing new toilets for the castle in 1930. As construction was taking place on one of the walls, workers discovered a skeleton in a white dress. The lady in white is supposed to be one of the daughters of the original owners of the castle. The father imprisoned his daughter in the dungeon of the castle after he found out she was in love with a commoner. A single night’s stay is anywhere between 200 and 500 dollars.
1. The Logan Inn in New Hope, Pennsylvania
