Tahiti Tahiti is the main Tahitian island. It is the largest and it is very beautiful with mountains and large waterfalls. If you go to Tahiti, you can stay at one of the resorts and dine at fantastic restaurants. You can also shop at the outdoor market, Le Marché, which has local crafts, vanilla, flowers, and fruit. You also won’t want to miss out on a chance to swim with the dolphins, which you can do at the Moorea Dolphin Center.
