1. DISNEY THEME PARKS
Who doesn't love Disneyland or even Disney World?! These very magical kingdoms make it to the number 1 spot in my kid friendly vacation destinations! With all the memorable characters, fun rides, and delicious food, there is much to do for all ages! I used to work at Disneyland in the entertainment department, and for sure Disney knows how to make the magic happen and leave a long lasting impression!
2. CRUISES
Cruises are a great way to get away from everything! I have yet to experience this vacation thrill, but, I've heard MANY great things about cruises! Most offer a variety of kid's nights and parent's nights, with lots for everyone to do! Who doesn't love fun nights for the family?! I sure do!

3. CALIFORNIA
Yes, you read that right- CALIFORNIA BABY! This is one of my favorite places to go on vacation. The beaches, boardwalks, shopping centers, food, and of course HOLLYWOOD! California has so much to offer for all ages! Plus, who doesn't want to run into a celebrity on Rodeo Drive?!
4. CAMPING
The great outdoors! Fresh air, scary stories, roasting marshmallows, adventure, and thrill! Camping provides it all. Plus, it is a great time to bond with your family! Whether you are in a cabin, or in a tent, there is a ton to do in the great outdoors from fishing, hunting, hiking, biking and more! For sure to bring out the kid in everyone!
5. SEA WORLD
My kids are obsessed with aquatic mammals! Sea World not only provides great entertainment, but, they have GREAT package deals where they can take you behind the scenes of the studio to see all the mammals, and even be in the show! All for a decent price too! I got to experience the behind-the-scene tour when I was younger, and I LOVED IT! I can't wait to take my kids!

6. NEW YORK
The city where dreams come true, well, for me at least! Central park, Twin Towers Memorial, Rockefeller Center, subway stations, and my favorite taxi cabs! The hustle and bustle of the busy streets are sure to please every age! Site seeing, and visiting monumental markers are definitely a MUST in my book! Take the family to the Big Apple!
7. ARIZONA
The Valley of the Sun rounds up my list of destinations! Sun, swimming, Grand Canyon, history, need I say more? Arizona has a lot of fun things for kids of all ages to do! From visiting old towns where the cowboys used to roam, to visiting one of the seven wonders of the world (the Grand Canyon), Arizona sure can provide fun for any occasion!
These destination hot spots get me excited! I can't wait to go on vacation with my family! I know there are probably other great places to visit! Do you have any you would like to recommend? I'm always looking for other ideal destinations to go to! Please share!

Jill: My husband and I took the kids to South Dakota last summer. Rapid City has so much to offer for the little kids! We got to explore the Black Hills, Mt. Rushmore, and tons of gold rush towns. Plus if you drive further east you arrive in the Badlands. We loved it!!
