Not sure where the name comes from, but this epic Las Vegas restaurant serves only the best in American cuisine. That includes things like pork chops, fish, rack of lamb and a wine list that can’t be beat. Chef Carlie Palmer puts together both prix fixe and tasting menus that allow you to sample all the best he has to offer. Make sure you’re hungry.
If you’re looking for steak, N9NE is the place to go. Not only can you count on the perfectly seared cut of beef here, but you can pair it with wonderful sides that include mushrooms, French fries and wonderful salads. You can also enjoy the best seafood that Vegas has to offer here. Yum!

When pasta and other Italian favorites is what you crave, Il Mulino won’t let you down. Located inside Caesar’s Palace, this fabulous dining location will invite you in and you’ll never want to leave. The restaurant wins top honors for having great service and the number of options you have to choose from is just perfect. A variety of risottos, salads made right at your table and antipasti are some things not to pass up.
5 Andre’s at the Monte Carlo
Take a break from the slots and head over to Andre’s next time you’re at the Monte Carlo. Chef Andre Rochat has earned the prestigious AAA Four Diamond award and ranks high when it comes to the best food in Vegas. It won’t come cheap, but the flavors of dishes like beef carpaccio, caviar, calamari, rabbit, duck breast and salmon will make it totally worth it.
Sitting on top of the Palms Casino Resort, Alize is everything you could want and more. It’s true to be a culinary experience, but you’ll also satisfy your appetite and gather the energy you need to head back down and win some cash. The wine list alone is something to write home about. Pair your favorite bottle with smoked fish, foie gras, salmon, veal or bison. The sides are just as good as the main course.
