Traveling the World without Quitting Your Job is Possible Look Here ...

Doesn’t it always seem as though life has two distinct paths that you have to choose between when you are a young adult? For many, those paths are traveling the world, or getting down to work with your career, but what if I told you that you could combine both and live the dream? It might seem impossible from the hostile confines of your office, but here is how to travel the world without quitting your job.

1

Prioritize Internet Access

If you have a job that is predominantly based on having access to the internet, then you can easily work out a system where you can work remotely whilst traveling and ticking things off your bucket list. The trick is to pick a list of countries and locations that you know have secure and speedy internet access. If you can meet your deadlines and organize your emails every day, it should matter what country you are doing it from!

2

Work and Play

The common conception is that you either have to be all work or all play at different times, but why can’t you do both at once? Sure, you need discipline to be able to excel at any job, but if you work hard for the required periods, you are then free to explore the countries that you are in like a true tourist. It is all about finding that perfect balance.

3

Research

If you don’t have a strict career path type job at home that you want to keep, you can always just find work in the places that you travel to. Of course, if this is a major concern for your livelihood, then it can pay off to research countries and travel destinations that have a high rate of work opportunity to medium stay length visitors. You will find that some places are easier to find work in than others so it pays to do the research.

4

Communicate with Bosses

If you have the option of working remotely whilst traveling, it is essential that you communicate effectively with your bosses and superiors before you even set off on your travels. The clearer the lines of communication are, the more comfortable they are going to be with you being out of the office. You need to show them that you can be 100% reliable and depended on in any situation, and they will reward you with trust and leniency.

5

Housing

You need to be wise about the kinds of accommodation you choose if you want to travel and still be able to go a good job. Cheap hostels and group dorms are not going to be a suitable environment for meeting your career responsibilities, so think about Air BnB houses and apartments instead. If your travel is going to be long stays in only one or two different places, then perhaps actually renting a property might be more ideal.
