There are SO many places that you need to add to your travel bucket list! The fun thing about making these lists is that you have your entire life to cross them off. It gives you something fun to look forward to! My bucket list is getting pretty long at the moment. Maybe I shouldn't add any more until I can start crossing some off? Hmmm. Either way, these charming places are for sure on my travel bucket list!

1. Burano, Italy
Burano is Italy's technicolor town! According to "When On Earth" (whenonearth.net), the fisherman of the island decided to paint their houses with bright colors so that they'd be easy to distinguish in fog! This resulted in an adorable rainbow-colored town! The colors have been a part of the town for centuries. If residents want to repaint, they must send an official letter to the government! This awesome colorful town should definitely be added to your travel bucket list.
2. Santorini, Greece
Greece is number one on my list of "wish vacations." It's beautiful! Santorini is astunning island and the main town is perched on a crescent shaped cliff top. Donkeys are really popular as a form of transportation! If you've seen "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants," I'm sure Greece has been on your travel bucket list for quite some time now!
Frequently asked questions
3. Colmar, France
I feel like this town is straight out of a Disney fairytale! The colors and designs of the homes are beautiful. In the town you can find “tiny boats adrift in flowery canals, a miniature train chugging whimsically around town–even a nightly light show that happens every single day of the year.” Um, how incredible is that? I need to get to France NOW.
4. Savannah, Georgia
If you're looking to be surrounded by beautiful nature, Savannah is the place for you to go! It's the oldest city in Georgia and the city's downtown is one of the largest historical landmarks in the country. I can easily picture a fun, relaxing vacation there. It seems like a place where you could go and clear your head. Anyone down for a trip to Georgia?!
5. Juzcar, Spain (Smurf Town)
This place looks AWESOME! The producers of The Smurfs movie managed to convince locals from Juzcar to let them paint their entire city blue. Talk about an epic, unending publicity stunt! To this day, the town is blue! I'd love to be able to go there one day.
6. Giethoorn, Netherlands
This Dutch village has little canals instead of roads! It's awesome because that makes the land around each house its own little private island. It looks like such a great vacation spot. This village has definitely earned a spot on my travel bucket list!
7. Bibury, England
This amazing village has been called "the most beautiful village in England." And for good reason! It's known for its honey-colored stone cottages and for being the filming location for awesome movies like "Bridget Jones's Diary." If that's not a reason to go visit, then what is?! Let's get out to England!
Well, there you have it! These are just seven out of many totally charming places that need to be added to your travel bucket list! Have you been to any of them before? Where are you DYING to go to? Let's all share ideas in the comments section!
