4 Gibson Steps – Victoria

Twelve incredible limestone outcrops and cliffs that protrude from the seas below, this beach on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, is one of the most dramatic scenes along this resplendent coastline. The Gibson steps are the 80 cement steps that lead down to a magnificent stretch of beach. If you are feeling fit, you can actually walk right up to the base of the two closest Apostles, but the sea is rough and dangerous and swimming is prohibited.
