By I make calls very often to Thailand from Singapore. I am currently using Hello! Singtel Calling card that you can register to your mobile number. It costs me SGD$10 per card for 9 hours of talk time. However, the irritating part is that it rounds up every call to 30mins. For example, I make a 15 mins call to a Thailand mobile number, the value of the card depreciates by 30mins. I also have Starhub’s 018 free IDD which will allow me to make overseas calls at local airtime charges. I’m interested to find out what are you guys using to call Thailand?
Are there any better calling cards that offer better services other than Hello! Singtel?
Also, where to buy the cheapest calling cards in Singapore. I’m paying $9.20 per Hello! Singtell Calling card and I’ve heard that there are some places which are selling @ $8.50 but I just don’t know where!!! Please advise! Thank you.
