Every year the World Happiness Report is produced by an independent group. Although not affiliated to any specific organization (say like the United Nations), it is used by many countries and global agencies. Happiness is seen to be a goal of public policy and therefore a measure of social progress. So after all the factors are assessed and the calculations made, which are the 10 Happiest Countries in the World this year?

Norway

Canada defiantly deserves to be on the list but it's kinda rude when people say Canada runs from Vancouver to Nova Scotia. Canada stops at Newfoundland and people don't see that and it's a bit ignorant. We are the first people to celebrate anything in Canada. I wish people would get more educated on the map of Canada! It's really a great place :)

Why so many cold countries on the list? Yeah and sad mostly white countries, no asians, no africans? I wonder how they judge happiness? And I see another Cindy on the comments list!!!
