Im wanting to be able to call a cell Phone in bangkok from a cellphone in the US, for the lowest price I can find. I have US cricket phone service and I don’t want to rely just on a happy hour’s for time restriction to cheap or free calls. any help from a experienced person who uses calling cards would be greatly appreciated..
