Getting out of your seat and stretching your legs is a given on any flight but you can add a little spice to your usual gait.2

Add a few lunges on your way to the toilet and back.

This is my favorite one and will certainly amuse your fellow passengers.

Who cares if you look a bit silly;

chances are you're never going see any of these people again!
